Most services include an preliminary evaluation consisting of a detailed questionnaire about your sleep habits and routines, prior to our consultation.

  • Infant & Child Sleep Support

    You've been struggling with your child's sleep and you are exhausted. They are up for hours at night or struggle to fall asleep. It's impacting daily functioning for you and them. You are trying to fit all the puzzle pieces together, but you are struggling. You know there has to be an answer.

    You've tried everything, social media groups, talking to health care professionals, reading blogs and connecting with friends. You don't have enough energy as you struggle to function throughout your day.

  • 30 Minute Consultation - $65

    This service is designed for parents who have 2-3 specific questions. Great for returning clients and questions about sleep transitions like moving from a crib to a bed or a nap schedule.

  • One Hour Consultation - $110

    This service is designed to provide clarity with your child's sleep challenges and provide a solid action plan to give you confidence to make the changes on your own.

    This one hour video/phone call is great for families that have a clear goal, but need direction in how to get started. This includes an email written summary of the call/plan, if requested.

    Additional hourly consultations can be booked as needed.

    • A detailed evaluation of your child's sleep habits and your concerns prior to consultation
    • One hour video or phone call for a detailed assessment of your sleep habits and action plan
    • A verbal summary, including an action plan for nights and naps
    • A chance to get all your questions answered
    • Ongoing support is best provided with the Sleep Support Package

  • Sleep Support Package - $425 (2 weeks)

    This service is designed for families with children 6+ months to 12 years who are looking for an action plan and intensive support while you implement sleep changes. This plan will be created together so you can feel confident in making changes toward better sleep and reaching your family goals of healthy sleep for all. The two weeks starts the night you implement the plan.

    This package includes everything in the One Hour Consultation plus:

    • Custom sleep action plan - This plan will give you a step by step plan to provide a solid foundation of sleep while making changes
    • 2 follow up phone/video calls that are 15 minutes each, scheduled over the 2 week period of support
    • Two weeks of email/text support
    • Daily sleep log analysis
    • Wrap up call at the end
    • Additional weeks can be added at $100 per week

  • Adult & Teenager Sleep Support

    After years of working with families to improve their child's sleep, they would come back to ask me about their sleep. Their child was sleeping better, but they were still having difficulties. That's when I decided to learn more about the strategies and tools to help adults and teenagers sleep.

    The science of sleep remains the same, so it made sense to offer teenager and adult sleep support as well. I have concrete, evidence-based strategies for better sleep if you are suffering from chronic insomnia and symptoms of worry, irritability, low mood or disorders such as, anxiety, depression, trauma, TBI, chronic pain, and more.

    Treating insomnia will decrease the symptoms which are made worse by sleeplessness. Not sleeping is not easy. You want better sleep and you know there has to be a way to start. I am here to help you get better sleep.

    This service is designed to provide clarity with your/your teen's sleep challenges and provide a solid action plan to give you confidence to make the changes for on your own.

    This one hour video/phone call is great for teens/adults that have a clear goal, but need direction in how to get started.

    Additional hourly consultations can be booked as needed.

    • A detailed evaluation of your sleep habits and concerns prior to consultation
    • One hour video or phone call for a detailed assessment of your sleep habits and action plan
    • A verbal summary of the action plan
    • A chance to get all your questions answered
    • Ongoing support is best provided with the Adult & Teen Sleep Package

  • Adult & Teen Sleep Package - $425

    Designed for adults and older teenagers who are looking for an action plan and support to change your sleep for the better. This package will be created together so you can feel confident in making changes towards better sleep.

    This package includes everything in the One Hour Consultation plus:

    • Two 45-minute follow up calls while you make changes (week 2 and 4)
    • Five weeks of messaging support
    • Wrap up call at the end of the package

  • Group Presentations and Speaking Engagements

    Group presentations can be tailored to suit the needs of the participants. Presentation topics related to sleep issues related to insomnia from newborn to adult. I have offered formal and informal presentations for Autism Ontario, Community Living organizations, EarlyON programs, and have been hosted by Behaviour Consultants in Ontario and British Columbia.

    Topics include:
