I am a certified child sleep consultant, trained through the Family Sleep Institute and trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy-Insomnia (CBT-I) for adults. I am the mother of two young adult children and am married to the love of my life. Over the years, our family has had our struggles with sleep problems and know the impact sleep deprivation has on our physical and mental health and well-being.
I am passionate about empowering adults and parents with knowledge and strategies to improve sleep better so they can have better days!

I love sleep and I love helping people. I have worked in the field of infant and child development and mental health as a home visitor for 20 years. In this role, I truly saw the wide spread challenges that families were having with sleep and the effects of sleep deprivation on everyone in the house.
The lightbulb went on and I had my "aha" moment. I could combine my skills for supporting families with my passion for sleep using a strong developmental and responsive approach in my support. Sleep is one of the pillars of health and has so many impacts on quality of life. My goal is to help families who have nowhere else to turn to.
