One Week Email Consultation


Designed for families with children over 4 months of age that are looking for some guidance and email support to make some adjustments to better bedtime or lengthen naps. A full sleep plan is not necessary.  Daily support is given through email exchanges to improve sleep. This plan includes:

    • a detailed evaluation of your child’s sleep habits and your concerns prior to consultation.
    • initial email with a detailed assessment of your child’s sleep habits and solutions.
    • one week of daily emails (limit 5 emails per day) to coach and support you around questions while you make changes. 
    • a personalized sleep log form to track progress along the way.
