Adult Sleep Consultation


Designed for adults and older teenagers who have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.  This support is focused on improving the quality and quantity of sleep through education and specific strategies to implement. You will learn about the science of sleep, why you have sleep difficulties, and specific strategies to make changes for better sleep. We will meet over the course of 6 to 8 weeks to ensure you have the confidence in the skills you have learned and be able to sustain changes made to improve sleep.  

  • This plan includes:
    • A preliminary phone call
    • Analysis of a detailed questionnaire
    • Initial 60 minute phone/video chat for a detailed assessment of current issue and solutions
    • Education about the science of sleep
    • Analysis of of sleep diary
    • Individualized sleep plan
    • Bi-weekly video/phone sessions for support
    • 2 – 30 minute check in sessions (to be used within 2 months of start of program)
